I received two complimentary bottles of water upon arrival (nice touch!). My room included a coffee maker with coffee. I especially liked that my room was very large. The extra-large closet was useful.

The staff showed really good friendliness and readiness to help. My room with the balcony was quite large. I found the iron, hairdryer, and coffee maker with coffee very useful (the coffee was a nice touch).
The hotel offers breakfast included in the stay, yet the selection was limited. The upgrade for a wider variety requires an extra fee.

i found the staff very helpful. the rooms have nice, big closets. breakfast was convenient, i grabbed a continental breakfast.
the mini fridge in my room wasn't very cold. prices for each item felt absurd.

friendly staff walk-in closet valet parking
The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every interaction, and this enhanced my experience. My room included a walk-in closet and a balcony. I found the presence of both very convenient. Valet parking was quick, so I did not have to wait long for my car.
The pillows were not comfortable so I had a stiff neck upon waking up.
